Our Dear HealthWorks Family,
Things are changing day-by-day and we’ve decided to add some additional measures to our health and safety protocols. Because of recent announcements we believe that we might soon be limited to 10 persons in the office at a time. To be proactive we will implement this starting Wednesday, 3/18/20.
Text to Table Protocol:
When you arrive for your scheduled appointments, we kindly request that you call or text us at 972-612-1800 to inform us that you are here. To avoid having patients waiting in our reception room in close contact with other patients, we will text or call you back right away to either confirm that your table is completely disinfected and ready for you…or to ask that you wait in the comfort of your car until your table is ready. Once ready, we will text or call you and then direct you to your table.
Additionally, we do have disposable plastic sheeting available for your face-piece if you would like to take extra precautions.
During this time, we ask that you not bring anyone with you who cannot stay in the car by themselves. We will not have the capacity for additional visitors during adjustment times. The only exception is a parent who is bringing their child to be adjusted.
We are working hard to make sure that our patient family is both healthy and safe during this surreal time. We value our relationships with you and pray for you, your family and our community. If we can additionally support you at this time in any way please let us know.
